A little more about me…

My business started when I fell in love with capturing life's momentous occasions and the sheer joy it brought my clients filled my heart to the brim. I knew I'd stumbled onto something huge - these moments may be fleeting, but when caught on camera they are heirlooms to be enjoyed long after the moment has passed or that tiny baby has gone off to college.

I’m a mama to sweet baby June, wife to Edouard and fur-mom to my favorite person ever, our dog, Potter + his little puppy brother Bear is close behind! A small town girl at heart, I met my French love in the big city, NYC, and together we built a life, home and family we adore here in LA!

Random facts about me in no particular order…

I love yoga!

I’d go every single day if I could! I studied karate from 5th grade until I went off to college, but had a couple knee injuries because of it. Yoga is a slower, grounded variation on this exercise (to me) and requires strength, flexibility, internal effort and breath work in unison and makes me feel alight inside.

Being outside is my favorite

It’s fitting I’m a photographer here in SoCal as the weather is impeccable. Whether a sunrise, midday or golden hour session, being outdoors is the best. Even better if barefeet and lots of laughter is involved!

I’m a book worm!

I’m not a fast reader and do most of my reading in bed before nodding off, but a few favorites that are top of mind are All the Light We Cannot See, the Red Sparrow trilogy, The Golden Compass, Neverwhere, The Four Winds and many more I’d have to rummage my bookshelves and we certainly wouldn’t have space for here!

Food is a hobby

One of my favorite pastimes is enjoying food with loved ones. My husband Edouard and I are very adventurous eaters and love to try new cuisine whether at Michelin star restaurants here in LA, food stalls in Vietnam or a random shack on hilltop in Hawaii - we gain pleasure and satisfaction by experiencing culture and passion via flavors and textures of the world.

I’m a huge dog person

My favorite person in the world is my dog, Potter. He’s an 11 (*sob*) year old shepherd mix. He’s SO chill, gives zero f*cks about anything except food, he’s soft, smushy and the perfect balance of handsome and derp you ever did see. We recently adopted a pup, Bear, who is sweet as candy and quickly following suit in being the best boi in town.

I hate having my photo taken

Yes, it’s true. Yes, it’s ironic, I know… BUT, it’s a strength - hear me out! Because I can relate to you (or your husband/brother/awkward family member) and know just how to guide you, connect so you can relax, have some real laughs and before you know it your guard is down and we’re all having a great time and creating real moments together :)
